I am a clinical psychologist registrar with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, addiction, adjustment concerns, and grief and loss. My approach is warm, client-centred, and grounded in the belief that a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor each intervention to suit the unique needs and goals of each client.
My practice is primarily informed by attachment and psychodynamic frameworks. I have a particular interest in schema therapy and helping clients understand and heal from early attachment experiences that continue to influence their lives. This includes supporting clients with relational and emotional difficulties, addictions, as well as supporting parents through the perinatal period and the challenges they may face in their parenting role.
