We have multiple ways to attend your appointments, whether in person or online. Below you’ll find important information about parking, public transport, and access at each of our offices, as well as guidance for telehealth sessions. Our goal is to make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Shenton Park Office

Located at 4/4 Thorburn Way, Shenton Park 6008

Parking & Public Transport
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to find parking. There are many free short-term parking options nearby. Undercover parking is available at Coles, with the best access via Seymour Avenue.

Public transport options include:

  • Train: Shenton Park station nearby (600m walk)

  • Bus: Routes 999, 998, and 27 within a short walk

Access
See the video below to access our office. The easiest approach is via the café ‘Wards Central Dining’: enter the café, turn right, and follow the Headway signs. Please call our administration team on (08) 9226 4489 if you need any further assistance. 

Accessibility: There is ramp access to the cafe and lift access inside the building

Subiaco Office

Located at 392 Rokeby Road, Subiaco 6008

Parking & Public Transport
Free 1–2 hour street parking is available on Rokeby Road and nearby side streets (please check street signage).

Public transport options include:

  • Bus: Routes 24, 96, and 97 within a short walk

  • Train: Subiaco station nearby (1.2km walk or 5min bus via 97)

Access
There are four steps to enter the office. If you require ramp or wheelchair access, please contact our admin team before your appointment so we can prepare a ramp for your arrival.

Telehealth Appointments

If you cannot attend in person, your sessions can be conducted via phone or video call in some cases. If your appointment is not already booked as a telehealth session, please contact our admin team.

Video Sessions:

  • Held via Microsoft Teams

  • Your clinician will email a meeting link on the day of your appointment

  • For the most seamless access, we recommend downloading the Teams App on either a mobile device via the App Store or Google Play or on a computer through Windows. However, you are able to open the meeting using your preferred web browser if preferred.

Phone Sessions:

  • If a phone call is preferred, please let our administration team know, and your clinician will call from an unknown or blocked number at the time of your appointment.

  • If you miss the call, please call or SMS our administration team when you are ready for the call, and the clinician will attempt to call you again.

Whenever you're ready
