Yoga & Movement

We are fortunate to have on our team an experienced clinical psychologist, Jess Lethbridge who is also an accredited yoga teacher. There is a growing body of literature around the positive impact that yoga and other mindful body movements can have on mental health, particularly for trauma-related presentations, eating disorders and the management of stress and anxiety. Jess is passionate about the beneficial effects of movement and physical activity on mental health, so part of her therapy is focused on helping clients to increase their levels of incidental activity or movement.
