Workplace Mediation

Conflict within the workplace can be damaging and poses a great risk to the individuals involved and to the culture of the organisation. At Headway, we provide assistance for managers or leaders dealing with employees in conflict. We have the skills and experience to assess the history of the conflict in depth; we provide guidance for employers on the best way to manage these issues and when appropriate, we facilitate mediation sessions for those in conflict.

This service can be highly effective and beneficial for all parties, including the aggrieved participants and their employer. We accept referrals from human resource consultants, lawyers and medical practitioners.
