I believe therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative and person-centred, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of my work. I don’t believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I work alongside each person to understand what matters to them and what they hope to get from therapy. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and adapt them to the needs of the person in front of me. Together, we can explore patterns in thoughts, emotions and behaviour, while developing practical tools to support meaningful and sustainable change.
Much of my professional experience has been working with neurodivergent people, predominantly Autistic people and those with ADHD and Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Whether you’re navigating the demands of study or work, challenges in relationships or friendships, burnout, or questions around identity and who you are, we can work together to understand what’s contributing to these challenges, build on your strengths, and develop strategies to help everyday life feel more manageable, sustainable and meaningful.
If it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve been before, you are welcome and I look forward to meeting you.
