My name is Sarah Rose. I am a Registered Psychologist who works with adolescents and adults across the lifespan. I am passionate about supporting people to navigate life’s challenges in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment that fosters growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, school and work-related stress, relationship difficulties, and challenges with problem-solving and life transitions. I also have an interest in working with people experiencing workplace concerns such as burnout, organisational change, interpersonal conflict, and difficulties managing stress and expectations.
My therapeutic style is warm, person-centred, and strengths-based. I aim to create a calm and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported to explore their experiences at their own pace. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively with clients to help them develop insight, practical coping strategies, and confidence in managing challenges.
I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs and goals, supporting clients to better understand patterns of thinking and behaviour, build emotional resilience, and move towards a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.
