Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology
Registered Clinical Psychologist
Board Approved Supervisor
Welcome! Iām Tiffany, a Clinical Psychologist, and a credentialed eating disorder clinician with over a decade of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients facing various mental health challenges. My passion lies in supporting individuals across the lifespan who are navigating disordered eating, body image difficulties, and eating disorders. I seek to empower them to cultivate courage and skills for fostering happier and healthier relationships with food and their bodies, embracing a size-inclusive and body-positive stance aligned with the Health At Every Size (HAES) principles.
I love learning and my extensive training encompasses a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT-E, MANTRA, FBT, CPT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR. As a trauma-informed clinician, I hold a special interest in the intersection between trauma and eating disorders.
I believe each client requires an individualised and dynamic treatment plan and seek to create these collaboratively with my clients and their broader treatment team. My treatment approach is holistic and typically integrates various interventions.
Forming therapeutic relationships with those ready to explore their difficulties and shape their futures brings me a deep sense of privilege and purpose. Alongside my clinical work, I am a board-approved supervisor, finding joy in supporting the team at Headway and external supervisees.
